■Improvement in productivity
Conventionally, stuffed sausages were put on a table and then looped. This made fix the productivity of a sausage filling machine depending on an ability of operators.
Connecting "N Looper" with the filling machine enables sausages coming out of the stuffing tube to hang direct onto hooks. Unlike being kept on the table in the past, it allows to play out the full capability of the filling machine and improves productivity.

■Usage by unskilled operator
"N Looper" does stuffing and hanging at the same time, thus the operator who used to loop should only insert a stick into the loops of sausages and take them out of hooks. In addition, required number of sausages per loop can be set on the counter.
Controlled by the signals from the filling machine, anybody can realize stability in the number of sausages pre loop. In short, even an unskilled operator can handle the operation, and the burden on an operator will be greatly decreased.
